Henry's Fine Italian Gelato uses flavorings and gelato bases from Europe, as well as natural and locally obtained fresh ingredients.

During production, gelato is churned to allow only minimal amounts of air into the finished product. Because gelato has much less air mixed into the frozen product than most ice creams, each bite of Henry’s Gelato has a very vibrant and full-bodied flavor. Additionally, Henry's Gelato tends to create a pleasing palette aftertaste that most people savor and enjoy.

The dairy-based cream flavors have only 2-8 grams of fat (two-thirds less than most ice creams) and contain 30-60 calories per ounce. The water-based fruit flavors have less than one gram vegetable fat and contain 30-40 calories per ounce. The low-sugar gelatos are made with either whole milk or water and are sweetened with Splenda.
