Henry’s
Fine Italian Gelato is prepared using flavoring and gelato bases from Europe, as well as natural and locally obtained fresh ingredients.
The cream flavors are dairy-based, with only 4-7% fat (two-thirds less than most ice creams) and contains 30-50 calories per ounce.
The fruit flavors are water-based, having less than 1 gram vegetable fat and contain 30-40 calories per ounce.
During production, gelato is churned to allow only minimal amounts of air into the finished product. Because gelato has less air mixed
into the frozen product than most ice creams, each bite of Henry’s Fine Italian Gelato has a very vibrant and full-bodied flavor.
Additionally, Henry’s Fine Italian Gelato tends to create a pleasing palette aftertaste that most people want to enjoy.
