The creation and operation of Henry's Fine Italian Gelato are the culmination of a long-held dream by the proprietors to share their discovery of the true Gelato experience in Italy more than 20 years ago. The first lick of Gelato in Florence, Italy, made our taste buds scream and our eyes pop out with delight. Only then could we exclaim, "Wow."

Since then, the proprietors of Henry's Fine Italian Gelato have traveled extensively in more than 50 countries and enthusiastically sought out the various Gelato establishments of the world to experience new flavors and recipes.
